A tactical Soldier at the Delphe Outpost insists you kill the strongest Fighters first to get a head start on the Khurutos. Kill Khuruto Fighters, and report to Master Karcenov.

You better deal with those Harpies at the knights' castle. Things here are way more sickening. My strategy is to show the Khurutos how dignified we are. Won't they be frightened if we aim for their core tactic! According to reports, Khuruto Fighters are the strongest. We should set an example... There aren't many people able to kill Khuruto Fighters. We also need to tell Master Karcenov what is going on...
