The drunken old man is upset that you don't believe his stories of killing Khuruto Elite Soldiers and asks you to catch Khuruto Elite Soldiers and take their Hair Ornaments before disbelieving him.

All kinds of heroic exploits
come out while drinking.
But once they hear the story of this body catching a Khuruto Elite Soldier,
everybody gets silent.
One night when the moon was bright,
I recovered my senses as I walked drunkenly,
then I realized I was in front of Khuruto Cave.
Then this gigantic Khuruto Elite Soldier came out.
And I got rid of him,
Flick! Flick!
You can't doubt my story since I even kept his hair ornament.
Can you even touch a hair on those beasts' heads?
