Shepherd Ron of Epheria says passing Kuku Birds scare his Mountain Sheep and they get hurt. Unlike normal Kuku Birds, these ones are beautiful and fast. Kill them.

Adventurer! Adventurer! Will you help me? Kuku Birds have been appearing here recently. They're so fast and wild that they surprise the sheep, and they get hurt. But no matter how I try, I can't get close enough to them. Catch those nasty things and show them what for! I beg of you!
