A Soldier asks you to learn about the Locust Swarm so he can effectively beat them and they stop hindering him from doing his job guarding the Waragon entrance.

On acceptance
Our duty is to manage and control the
Waragon Cave entrance here.
As you see,
the locusts are flourishing here.
Sometimes they even get inside our armor!
Then we have to take a break, 'cause we just can't take it.
How on earth should we control these locusts?

Ahh... yes!
