A Delphe Outpost Soldier is looking for a rise in status and asks you to gather Small Harpy White Feathers since a Calpheon high priest likes them.

I think we speak the same language? I don't want to end up cleaning weapons for my entire life. I personally know this Elionian high priest. He has peculiar taste when it comes to his quill pen. He's especially fond of white feathers from Small Harpies. If I get some of those for him... Who knows? I could get a peerage title.
