The Villager says that if you have a Refugee Camp Amulet, you can escape from the contaminated ones. Destroy Refugee Camp Amulets and collect Amulet Fragments.

I want to get out of here... Many people other than me have tried. But none of them made it. I figured out the reason. They didn't have the amulet! Have you been to the Refugee Camp? There's an amulet that is valued by the contaminated people. If I had that amulet, they wouldn't attack me. The amulet will save me! Please, get Amulet Shards for me!
